One of my most challenging earrings to make!
In Buddhism, lotuses symbolize a spirit born into murkiness that ultimately bloom above the waters, reaching enlightenment. The colors of the lotus also hold specific meanings! For these reasons and more, it is the national flower of Vietnam as well.
Materials:
- hoops: hypoallergenic gold or sterling silver plated brass, nickel-free
- non-pierced hoops: hypoallergenic copper, nickel-free
- silver plated copper wire, nickel free
- glass pearls
*Please note that non-pierced earrings should not be worn in piercings.
