So beautiful! The clip-on clasps work AMAZINGLY! No slipping at all but also not painful! Hefty enough to get that dangling earring satisfaction without being too heavy. Been wearing them to my 8 hour work days and barely feel them at all. If they do start to pinch, taking a break for a few minutes or slightly shifting them on the earlobe is really all that's needed. No discoloration on my ears or the jewelry after extended use.
